Over the years, Trinity’s creations spread by word of mouth which quickly expanded from friends and family to co-workers and acquaintances. This ultimately led to the opening of Trinity’s Baked Designs in April, 2005. With 15 years experience in cake design and decorating, Trinity is committed to creating unique and tasty cakes for any occasion.
Trinity’s Baked Designs is fully certified to make and handle food as per government regulations. As well, to further her passion, Trinity has received certification in cake decorating which she works to continually expand.
Trinity’s Baked Designs is not just about cakes. We also make cookies, squares, cheesecakes, tarts, preserves, pastries, candy, etc., for any party occasion.
We offer very personalized attention allowing you to explore and create alongside us during your initial consultation. The client is only limited by their imagination. After discussing the details of your event, we design options for your cake. The cake becomes a reflection of the colors, motif, and style of your event.
Our first concern is with the taste of the product. Although the appearance of the product is extremely important, Trinity’s intentions are for excellent taste. She uses the finest ingredients and maintains the highest standards of quality which reflects in their taste and freshness. We do not freeze our products as this affects the quality.
While Trinity Frizzell is the owner, baker, and decorator, she is also accompanied with associates who are an intregal part of the success of Trinity's Baked Designs.
Michelle is tasked with baking and decorating but also assists with transport, delivery, and setup of cakes. Michelle is also an excellent wedding decorator and planner who has been planning weddings for more than 12 years and owns her own company, Believe Designs.
Dean also assists with baking along with transport and delivery of cakes.
Jay is our junior assistant who is tasked with various duties such as preparation of ingredients for baking and making icing.
The most rewarding part of her business is seeing customers' reactions as they see their cake for the first time. The smiles on their faces make all the hard work worthwhile.
